ENID MOORE (Co-Founder)

Enid Moore is a Peace Corps Volunteer working at a Primary School near Tetovo Macedonia. She teaches English grades 1st through 8th. Prior to joining the Peace Corps Enid lived and worked in Seattle doing job training programs with inner-city youth and teens with special needs. Enid has been dancing ballet since she was three and continued to dance ballet rigiourously throughout high school. She continued to dance in University where she branced away from ballet and prefomed in university dance productions and particpated in her school’s dance team. She has been trained in ballet, contemporary, modern, african, jazz, improvisational dance and yoga.

STUDENT TEACHERS

Camp, this year, is proud to support the addition of our student teachers. Our student dance teachers are trained through a rigorous 6-month training at Ljupco Santov. Some of our teachers are now studying at universities, while others are current students. This years teachers include:

​MORGAN PAIGE (Founder)

 

Morgan is a former Peace Corps volunteer. While in the Peace Corps, Morgan lived and worked at Ljupco Santov in Kocani. Morgan taught both English and dance classes at the high school. She constructed the new dance studio, and introduced Zumba, hip-hop, and ballet classes as well as last year's Let's Dance Camp.

Currently, Morgan now resides back in Nashville, TN. There, she works as an English teacher at Hillwood High School. Prior to her return to America, Morgan promised to come back to Kocani for a SECOND dance camp. She is beyond excited to return to her fantastic community and dancers!

INSTRUCTORS

​You might be wondering who will be teaching. Below, you will find some basic information on the instructors you will meet at camp. All of our instructors will be volunteering their time, completely free of charge. We simply want everyone to have the opportunity to attend camp. So far, our instructors have dedicated a lot of time to preparing camp, complete with fun new choreography. To be honest, we are already eager to begin!

MICHELLE VITONE

 

Michelle Vitone is a Peace Corps volunteer in the village of Rankovce, near Kriva Palanka. She teaches remedial English at the primary school for grades 6th through 8. She is currently constructing a new music cabinet in her school which is due to open in September. Prior to joining the Peace Corps, Michelle lived in Los Angeles and worked as a 1st and 5th grade teacher. She was also a creative arts teacher for 4th grade and taught varying subjects including dance, art, drama and music. Michelle started dancing ballet and jazz at age five and continued throughout the age of thirteen. When she entered high school she joined her school’s hip hop dance team as well as her school’s award winning drill and flag team. She is excited to work with all of the dancers in Kocani and gain new ideas for dance classes in her village.
